El compañero Miguel Vargas, integrante de SUNTRACS en El compañero Vargas fue detenido y mantenido incomunicado desde el momento de su captura, hasta el momento de su arribo a la capital nicaragüense, privándosele de todos los recursos legales y garantías constitucionales que lo asisten, por estar casado legalmente con ciudadana panameña.
Durante su detención, además de la privación elemental de sus Derechos Humanos, fue golpeado cobardemente, mientras que se encontraba esposado, por los esbirros de Torrijos, Mirones y Delgado Diamante.
Hacemos esta denuncia pública a la comunidad nacional e internacional, exigimos el inmediato retorno de nuestro camarada Miguel Vargas y la destitución de las unidades policiales y civiles que han entronizado la corrupción, la tortura, la represión brutal y la impunidad criminal en nuestro país.
